Refund Policy

At Dainty Dagger, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unworn and unused
in original condition
returned with original packaging
free of damage, scratches, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping and Processing Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns are subject to a $15 return processing fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. This fee helps cover platform, payment processing, and restocking costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

sale items
ring sizers
items marked final sale
custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, if applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the $15 return processing fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@daintydagger.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
