Orders within USA:

Flat rate shipping is $15 for all orders.
Free shipping is offered for orders over $350. 
Signature is required upon delivery.

Rest of the world: 

Flat rate shipping is $45 for all orders.
Free shipping is offered for orders over $600.
Currently, the following countries are excluded from the shipping destinations:
Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Croatia, Cuba, Côte d’Ivoire, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Montenegro, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Please note that additional duty may apply depends on your country.


We accept returns/exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the order (the delivery date is considered as the first business day). Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund/exchange after 5 business days has concluded. $15 shipping fee is not refundable for every return order. At this moment, we offer returns/exchanges to US customers only. International shipments are not eligible for return/exchange and are considered final sale. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (Dainty Dagger box, mailer box, jewel cloth, soft pouch if included, coupon cards if included).

Several types of goods are EXEMPT from being returned/exchanged: any customized items, engraved items, discounted items, gift cards, special orders, and ring sizer


Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not accepted for returns/exchanges.

Unfortunately, we do not cover return/exchange shipping at the moment. Please give us an email confirmation of the shipping date, shipping service of your choice and tracking information if possible via Please note that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING RETURN TRANSIT.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify when your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: $15 shipping fee is not refundable for every return order.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Cancellation will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Special orders are not qualified for cancellation regardless of the order has been fulfilled or not.
