1. What are the differences between Backorder, Made-to-order, and special order? 

Backorder 
We do not have the items in stock at the moment, but more are on the way. Approximate wait time for shipment is 2-4 weeks. 

Made-To-Order
Each piece is made individually for the order. The estimated production time varies from 3 - 6 weeks. 

Special Order 
We accept orders requesting custom-made for specific size. This type of order can only be made via customer service. Additional cost may apply. Average production time is 3-6 weeks. Please note that special orders are not qualified for return and cancellation. 

2.Do I need to pay for Duties and Taxes?

United States/Canada:
Taxes will be collected at checkout based on the shipping address provided. 

Rest of the world:
Depending on the country, additional duties may apply at the custom for international customers.

3. Can I ship my order to PO box, APO or FPO address?

All shipments are signature-required upon delivery. Please do not provide an address to PO box, APO or FPO. All shipments failed to collect signatures will be returned to us. 

4.When will my order ship?

For in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. If a part of your order requires a wait time for fulfillment, we will ship items all together to eliminate the cost of shipping.   

5. Can I refuse to receive my package

If you do not wish to have your package for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees that charge to Dainty Dagger.

6. Can I update/cancel my order after placing

For canceling and updating an order, please contact customer services within 24 hours of placing the order via email: info@daintydagger.com

Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes for updates and cancellation.

7. Why is my coupon code not working? 

Only one coupon code is eligible per order. Each code is only valid for once. Some items are exclusive from eligibility of coupon codes.
