Coupon / Promo Code Policy

We may offer promotional codes from time to time. Some promotions are available to first-time customers only, while others may be offered for a limited time.

If you receive a coupon card as a thank-you gift, it will include a unique promo code valid for one-time use only. Thank-you gift codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discount offers.

Please note the following exclusions and conditions:

• Chain Collection items are excluded from discount offers

• Ring sizers are excluded from discount offers

• Sale items are excluded from discount offers

• Only one promo code may be used per order

• Free shipping offers apply automatically at checkout when eligible and do not require an additional code

Why isn’t my promo code working?

Your promo code may not work for one of the following reasons:

• The product is excluded from the promotion

• Your account is not eligible for the promotion

• The promo code has expired

• Sale items are not eligible

• The promo code requires a minimum purchase amount

• The code has already been used, if it is a one-time-use code
